Gains and Losses

Lost 5 Inches (4 at my thighs and 1 on my waist) but gained 3.75 lbs...yet I say I feel better, and I KNOW muscle mass weighs More than Fat....Goal: 3x a week attendance if not more.  Must lose at least 5 lbs this month.
I am NOT discouraged, I am Motivated! Gonna get this!
